Wilmington’s Correspondent Program offers product lines including varying credit profiles, first and second lien positions, purchase and refinance transactions. Both Fixed rate and Adjustable rate programs are available. The programs offered include, but are not limited to, programs that allow for borrowers with less than perfect credit, non-standard income documentation, or borrowers looking for additional cash.
